HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

If you wish to return a purchased product, contact our customer service at info@tilistudio.eu within 14 days from the day following the delivery. Submit your return request with the reason for the return.

If your return request is approved, our customer service will provide detailed return instructions via email.

How to return an order:

2. Use Omniva parcel post: Omniva, Gaujas iela Maxima, Cesis, Latvia, SIA Amelia Vintage. Contact number: +371 28686715

Important: Shipping costs and return costs are non-refundable.

Please remember to enclose your invoice and fill the attached “Return form”. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

For a successful return or exchange, please ensure: Products have not been washed or used, except for reasonable wear and tear during examination. Products are returned in the original packaging with manufacturer’s tags attached.

SIA Amelia Vintage accepts to change the product if it is returned clean, neat, not damaged and with all the details.

Furthermore, the returned goods must not as smell of perfume or smoke.

REFUND

Upon receiving your returned items, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refund money will be returned to the account from which the purchase was made within 14 days of our receiving the product.

We reserve the right to reject a return or refund if Products are not in acceptable return condition or have inadequate packaging. The care required to return the products in good condition is not exercised.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
